Q: What drew you to join a brand-new project, such as Alunafi?

Sylvanne:
Working at a new financial institution has honestly been one of the most exciting and eye-opening experiences of my career so far. I chose a startup once again because being part of something new reminds me how much I enjoy building strong foundations and great teams. I thrive when there isn’t a clear roadmap and we get to create one as we go.

Sylvanne:
It’s both challenging and incredibly rewarding. I’ve had the chance to help build things from the ground up, from setting up systems and processes to finding creative ways to make daily operations run smoothly. I love moments where we’re figuring things out in real time. It keeps you sharp and constantly learning.

Sylvanne:
I’ve found a team of like-minded people who are just as driven, curious, and passionate about what we do. It’s been amazing to collaborate with such a dynamic group, figuring things out together, supporting each other, and celebrating every milestone, big or small.

Sylvanne:
No two days ever feel the same. One moment you’re solving a tricky problem, the next you’re brainstorming how to enhance the client experience or streamline a workflow, and sometimes, you’re managing an unexpected crisis. The pace is fast, but that’s exactly what makes it exciting.

Sylvanne:
Through it all, I’ve tested my adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to find balance between structure and innovation. It’s been a journey full of growth, laughter, and countless learning moments, the kind of experience that reminds you exactly why you love what you do!
